Refurbishment and rear extension project This house had been vacant for a while and neglected for a number of years. It required a full refurbishment and modernisation

Future 3 have undertaken all aspects of the work including the architectural work, construction, landscaping and interior design

Every room was taken back to brick, existing lath and plaster ceilings removed, replastered, full rewire, central heating system, new windows and doors. The existing galley kitchen was demolished and replaced with a new single storey extension across the back of the house, knocking through to create an open plan kitchen, dining, lounge.   The existing bathroom was reconfigured and renovated, new kitchen, new ground floor WC added along with a utility cupboard.

Following completion of the internal refurbishment, focus turned to the front and rear gardens which have also been designed and constructed by Future 3. The finished project is now a fabulous family home, tailored to suit the exact requirements of a single mum with 3 boisterous teenage boys.   Also a climbing wall has been constructed up the staircase.

Whatever size of project you have planned, Future 3 can help. We can discuss the feasibility of your plans and we can also help with suggestions of the most effective way to maximise your space AND your budget. Get in touch today for a friendly, no-obligation chat, we'd love to hear from you!

They required a utility and WC accessed from the kitchen but struggled to visualise the layout and how they would achieve uninterrupted views of the garden.
